Employee Experience & People Ops Specialist

We’re on the hunt for an Employee Experience & People Operations Specialist to join our HR team!

In this glorious quest, you will be in charge of supporting all our pack members’ life cycle stages and experiences, organizing the company's parties, holidays, lectures, and other fun events.

You will be responsible for our employees’ general well-being, including welcoming new employees, providing life cycle gifts and recognition, and helping to connect pack members to our brand, values, and culture.

If you have the healing touch of a cleric, the loving nature of a druid, and the patience of a seasoned dungeon master, we have a spot for you in our party.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Help build a coherent and creative employee experience strategy across the employee life cycle.
• Own vendor identification, timelines, branding, logistics, etc.
• Collect and analyze feedback and data to make strategic decisions and improvements.
• Manage and track employee attendance in accordance with company policies.
• Oversee the employee expense reimbursement process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
• Manage and monitor Cibus accounts.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Take care of the office Rainbow Unicorn.
  
  

• At least 2 years in welfare/wellbeing/HR operations roles – a must.
• High level of English—both verbal and written—to create content and collaborate effectively with our global teams.
• Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding).
• Experience in managing budgets.
• Proactive and responsible, with a can-do attitude.
• Can handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Relevant academic degree.
• Experience with handling hungry magical horned horses in an office environment.
