Media Buyer, Affiliate Marketing

We are seeking a strategic Media Buyer with Paid Social experience in Meta and TikTok with a proven track record of driving significant growth through the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a curious, proactive team player capable of juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight schedules with enthusiasm and grace.

Schedule: While this role is a full-time, 40-hour remote position, we seek someone comfortable working twice a week from 13:00-22:00 Israel time.

You will:

• Set up and execute paid social media campaigns to drive affiliate conversions
• Continuously measure, test, and optimize campaign performance
• Ensure proper pacing and maximum delivery of campaign budgets
• Produce and present campaign performance reports
• Stay informed of digital marketing trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years in paid social marketing, including at least one year of experience in affiliate marketing
• Expert at Meta Ads Manager; TikTok and YouTube experience is a plus
• Experience launching, developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills: gauge what’s working and what’s not, then optimize (strong Excel skills are a plus)
• Self-starter with effective time management, ability to juggle multiple projects, and attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English; native English speaker preferred, but not required
• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and a willingness to learn
