System Team Lead

Accountabilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals including system administrators, network engineers, and other support staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness and professional development.

• Infrastructure Management: maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks equipment's . Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of infrastructure components to meet current and future business needs.

• Systems Administration: Manage and administer various IT systems and platforms such as operating systems, databases, email servers, and cloud services. Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or patches as necessary to maintain optimal functionality.

• Network Management: Maintain and optimize network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Monitor network traffic.

• Incident and Problem Management: Manage all Tier 3 Incident and Problems to ensure the team provide professional solution within the SLA.

• procedures and routines: Regularly review and setup processes and routines to manage existing systems, network and security tools and making recommendations for improvements

Experience:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in IT windows system administration in large environments. (Hundreds of servers and thousands users)

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with network and security operations

• Knowledge with cloud services

• Experience as a team lead in a complex environment – an advantage

• Ability to communicate effectively in English - verbal, face-to-face, visual and written.

• Availability for night & weekend on-call\planed work.
