XwinSys Technology Development Ltd. company is dedicated to the design, manufacture and marketing of novel solutions based on improved X-ray technology combined with automated optical 3D & 2D microscopes, for the semiconductor and related industries. XwinSys was founded in 2012 and is now fully owned by Rigaku Corporation.

We are searching for talented and motivated students to join our Research & Innovation Team, which is responsible for the research and development of next generation technologies.

XwinSys is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product manager to join our growing company. This role is ideal for a highly skilled marketing professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry and a strong understanding of the Asian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the semiconductor industry.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand and promote multidisciplinary products.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product development and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Frequent trips to Japan and Korea

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years as Product manager.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering.
• experience in the semiconductor industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the Asian market and its dynamics.
• Proven track record in marketing and customer engagement within a technical or engineering context.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary products and their market applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
