What You'll Do:

• Lead client teams through big transformations programs, tackling challenges like portfolio modernization, operational streamlining, margin and top line maximization and talent optimization.
• Strengthen existing capabilities, mentor and grow the team considerably.
• Become a data-driven decision maker, analyzing key metrics to inform strategic recommendations.
• Design future-state operating models, ensuring they align with client objectives and unlock new opportunities.
• Contribute to the success of implementation programs where technology solutions maximize value and drive performance.
• Foster strong collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Improve capabilities in creating success-based project offerings.

Who You Are:

• Previous experience in Strategic Consulting positions from recognized consulting companies.
• A proven track record of success in Business Transformations for various clients.
• A leader and a role model for the team.
• A clear communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels including taking a leading role in orchestrating program management and sales.
• Technology savvy being able to discuss business and technology intersection.
• Highly familiar with trends, changes and new needs in the local and Global business sector.
• English - at a very high level
