Performance Platform Manager

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer with experience in Push Notification formats to join our dynamic team and establish a performance-based activity within our programmatic team. This role is essential in driving success for our clients by optimizing and executing performance-based media buying strategies across various digital channels. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the performance media buying activity, managing client accounts, overseeing programmatic activities, analyzing performance data, and making real-time decisions to maximize ROAS.

Primary Responsibilities:

●        Opportunity Assessment: Based on market research and peer activities, the candidate will be responsible for testing and launching new revenue streams for the activity on an ongoing basis.

●        Campaign Management: Overseeing and enhancing ad campaigns across diverse platforms to ensure they achieve specified performance goals. This encompasses A/B testing, bid optimization, and audience segmentation.

●        Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining partnerships with ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and data providers, while also managing contract negotiations and agreements.

Requirements:

●        Bachelor's degree - advantage.

●        Fluent English - Verbal and written.

●        Proven experience (2+ years) in performance advertising, including campaign management, audience targeting, and optimization.

●        Experience in managing at least $100K of monthly spend on a performance basis.

●        Competency in media buying on Push providers such as Pushnami, Notify.ai or similar platforms.

●        An analytical approach with proficiency in evaluating campaign metrics and utilizing data insights to enhance performance.

●        Outstanding project management abilities with the capability to prioritize and handle multiple campaigns concurrently.

●        Superior communication and teamwork abilities.

●        Self-driven and capable of functioning in a high-speed setting. Innovative thinking to devise new strategies to augment the overall media purchasing efforts.
