Assistant Controller

My Town Group, a leading company specializing in urban renewal projects, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controller Assistant to join our team in Ramat Gan.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing essential support to the CFO and the finance team. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and periodic reports in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Develop and maintain the company's budget and conduct regular budget vs. actual analysis.
• Prepare pricing models, feasibility studies, investment calculations, and other financial analyses.
• Manage cash flow, work with banks, handle customer billing, payments, and collections.
• Liaise with tax authorities and the company's external auditor.
• Prepare regular financial reports for management.

Qualifications:

• BIG 4 experience: Prior experience working in one of the "Big Four" accounting firms.
• 1-2 years of experience in a public real estate company: Proven track record of success in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of PRIORITY: Familiarity with the PRIORITY ERP software system.
