Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role requires managing supplier relationships, overseeing procurement processes, controlling budgets, and using data in order to make informed decisions. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential. High integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement are key.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Overseeing the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and managing procurement budgets, seeking cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring value for money.
• Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Working closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support in acquiring necessary resources.
• Utilizing data and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions and to forecast future procurement needs.
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in procurement operations/specialist roles for a global tech company.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Ability to implement methodologies and best practices.
• Knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry and market conditions.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• BA in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
