About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Specialist. In this role, you will act as an individual and support the overall execution of all IT functions.

Your day-to-day will include opening/closing access for employees, maintaining hardware assets, providing ongoing support for our office infrastructure, and ensuring that proper security processes are in place.

You should be comfortable overseeing helpdesk tasks in addition.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining company computers
• Being responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and network
• Leading desktop and Helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
• Manage all aspects of employee endpoints using MDM software
• Deploy and maintain networking, video conferencing, and other physical equipment in our Tel Aviv office
• Work closely with our security team to provide patches and remediation to security issues
  
  

• 1+ years in an IT or sysadmin-focused role, including experience with end user support
• Proven experience managing Google Workspace
• Troubleshooting capabilities with Mac OS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Experience working with third-party hardware, and software.
• Experience with Okta/Other, SSO integrations.
• A people person with excellent communication skills
