Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our developer-oriented product.

• You'll collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to grow concepts through design exploration, ideation and user validation.
• Engage in frequent feedback loops with the development team, iterating on designs based on technical constraints and opportunities.
• Lead comprehensive user research sessions to gather insights into their specific needs and pain points.
• Understand product requirements and business vision and initiate ideas and concepts to support and consistently evolve them.
• Contribute your insights to the product roadmap discussions, aligning design initiatives with broader business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Assume ownership of specific design projects, working autonomously while aligning closely with stakeholders to drive these initiatives forward.
• Deliver design solutions to stakeholders, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.

Besides the standard and evident skills and knowledge for the role (UI design and UX methodologies, user research and usability testing, Figma, English at a good level, etc.), you should also:

• Be well-acquainted with AI technologies and their transformative potential.
• Possess knack for understanding and adhering to technical constraints while creatively exploring opportunities to overcome them.
• Have experience in designing PLG products or/and developer tools, complemented by foundational development principles - big advantage.
• Be familiar with main development methodologies, further enriching your design decisions - big advantage.
