Marketing Communications Specialist-Temporary

The Marketing Communications Specialist will provide a broad range of marketing support to the Vision group, across platforms and channels, aiming to step up in the quality of Lumenis marketing materials, communications and insights provided.

Primary Tasks:

• Develop marketing materials and activities according to Lumenis Visio brand guidelines in cooperation with product managers, regional marketing, and other relevant functions.

• Manage the social media channels and work with service providers to develop and execute successful data driven strategy

• Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, practice enhancement kits, web content, newsletters, banners, ads, video and sales tools w.

• Support product launches with marketing materials production

• Assist in the development and execution of online strategies that include web promotion, search engine marketing and social media.

• Perform marketing analysis of Lumenis online assets, social media and campaigns performance.

• Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences

• Responsible for art directing, storyboarding and message development for creative design work for various online and offline ads, signage and marketing materials

• Manage multiple external vendors and explore new options where relevant

Requirements:

· Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration

· Excellent English, native speaker

· Experience with managing social media channels and content creation

· Digital Skills: knowledge of SEO, HubSpot, Google Analytics and Adobe creative tools is a plus

· Superior communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams

· Requires excellent written and verbal communications

· Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects

· Resourcefulness in solving problems

· Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude

· Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
