UX/UI Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UX/UI Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Ecoplant. As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will play a leading role in shaping Ecoplant’s users experience and user interface AI based dashboard. You will also take part in defining/designing branding guidelines across our digital product portfolio, working alongside a talented group of professionals to disrupt the infrastructure world.

A day in your life:

• UX strategy Ownership- Define and execute a user experience strategy in alignment with business and product goals.
• Lead Application Design- Create user-friendly and visually stunning interfaces for complex web applications that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Design Documentation- Produce clear and comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and design specifications.
• Prototyping- Create interactive prototypes to illustrate and communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Collaborative Design- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other designers, product managers, Branding leads and developers, to ensure the seamless integration of design into the development process.
• User Research - Direct and frequent interaction with customers and stakeholders (interviews, observations) to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
• Usability testing - Periodically perform usability testing on the existing system and create mockups of new ideas. Present the corresponding product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.

What it takes to succeed:

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer in-house at a B2B product company – A MUST
• Deep understanding of user-centered and data-driven design methodologies
• Up to date with industry knowledge and UX/UI design best practices including user research methodologies and a user-centered design approach.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ownership of design projects from concept to delivery and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Share design assets and prototypes with team members for feedback and development.
• Extensive experience working in a global organization with multi-disciplinary global teams and individuals.
• Actively identify opportunities for improvement in work processes and collaborations, and lead efforts to implement solutions.
