Job Description
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company's sales strategy.
- Identify and engage with strategic accounts, nurturing relationships from prospecting to deal closure.
- Continuously optimize the sales process, taking an active role in its development.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance our product and service offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
- Drive excellence by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
About You
- You are a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in SaaS B2B sales within a start-up environment.
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- You're not just a salesperson; you're a strategic thinker who can contribute to our overall sales & growth strategy.
- You're passionate about innovation and motivated by the opportunity to shape a company's trajectory and the demand planning industry.
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced small start-up environment.
- You're a team player who can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively.
- Demonstrated history of excellence, showcasing past achievements and remarkable accomplishments (e.g., top scores in degrees from prestigious universities such as Technion, Tel-Aviv, Ben-Gurion etc, outstanding psychometric exam scores, or any other evidence that demonstrates a consistent history of high achievements).
