As a Qualcomm Systems Engineer, you will research, design, develop, simulate, and/or validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions that enables the development of cutting-edge technology. Qualcomm Systems Engineers collaborate across functional teams to meet and exceed system-level requirements and standards.

Primary Function

• Develop and implement innovative algorithms and architectures for image/video processing , AR\VR,and computer vision.
• Invent new features utilizing imaging, auxiliary sensors, and computer vision accelerators to provide best-in-class video processing solutions.
• Define novel HW modules for efficient image and computer vision algorithms.
  
  

Experience & Knowledge

• Good knowledge and experience in programming: C/C++, Python and Matlab
• Knowhow in image/video processing and computer vision
• 3 years of experience in image processing / video processing / computer vision - advantage
• Knowhow and experience in SoC, HW architecture and HW/SW system flows - advantage
• Knowhow in machine learning / deep learning / artificial intelligence - advantage
  
  

Formal Education

• BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• MSc or PhD in the field of image processing / computer vision - advantage
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
  
  

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
