Responsibilities

We are hiring a Well-being Expert to serve as a focal point and act as a subject matter expert, creating, executing & supporting extensive well-being programs.

The Well-being Expert is responsible for design, development, evaluation, implementation, and execution of large, complex, well-being & community contribution programs (Includes Wellness, Health & Well-being plans and programs).

This role reports to the VP Global Well-being and is based in Herzliya Pituach.

• Design innovative, integrated programs that align with Playtika’s well-being plan. Well-being planning & execution role. Including but not limited to: Events, parties, children summer camp, community events, sports activities, services, holiday, birthday & ongoing gifts for employees & suppliers, lectures etc.
• Subject matter Expert for specific benefit plans, understanding and analyzing trends ,using that knowledge to forecast future risks and opportunities to create. Act in a consulting-type role to share this knowledge with internal partners.
• Responsible for plan design, development, implementation and execution. Lead cross-functional tasks to achieve stated outcomes.
• Monitor and report out on effectiveness of programs. Make plan and strategy recommendations based on results.
• Subject matter Expert in the formation of benefit policies.
• Partner with HR team, communication & other functions in the organization to ensure effective execution.
• Community contribution - employees incorporation working with chosen organizations, planning and execution of volunteering activities and events.
• Ongoing contact with suppliers, handling of bids, invoices and dealing with budget, legal and procurement departments.
  
  

• Minimum two years’ experience in global well-being program strategy, design & execution of complex, diversified employee Wellness, Health & well-being, community contribution programs.
• Specific knowledge and experience planning Hi tech benefit plan.
• Experience creating and clearly communicating well-being strategy
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically & creatively, analyze and solve problems independently.
• Exceptional writing, verbal, interpersonal communication and presentation skills in Hebrew & English.
• Team player, able to share knowledge, communicate ideas honestly and clearly and respect views and opinions of others on the team.
• Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills (ability to use formulas & develop presentations at all levels)
• A fun, energetic, people-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure.
