As Senior Business Operations Manager, your core objective is to drive and enable our next phase of best-in-class business operations; accelerate our existing momentum and scale our business initiatives for growth.

What’s the job?  

• Continuously monitor and analyze performance and customer activity to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead end-to-end global projects aimed at bridging the gap between current and desired states. This includes designing and executing GTM (Go-To-Market) excellence practices and streamlining cross-functional processes.
• Define enablement tools and processes to enhance GTM team productivity, including gathering requirements for Salesforce, dashboards, etc.
• Represent the 'Business' as a global unit in cross-functional roadmaps and important projects.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, business operations, sales operations, program management, or consulting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize between conflicting needs and advocate a course of action.
• Data-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of extracting business insights from data and hands-on analytics.
• Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, modeling, analytics, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in CRM Salesforce - advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
• Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations, with consistent execution ability under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
