Senior Strategy Business Analyst

Job Description

• Initiate, research and help implement new growth opportunities and directions
• Consult Wix management on strategic business decisions around company focus areas, prioritization, planning and more
• Conduct quantitative & qualitative analyses for Wix management on topics like conversion, churn, segmentation, customer value, and other business KPIs
• Lead cross-organizational processes and projects to improve business results and best practices throughout the company
• Translate research findings into actionable, strategic insights and recommendations with storytelling, data visualization, and skillful presentations
• Define KPIs and create reports (data products) to monitor and analyze key strategic efforts
• Work closely with teams across the organization including Marketing, Product, Sales and other to promote and drive business improvements and initiatives
  
  

Qualifications:

• Senior analyst / researcher / strategist with 3+ years of experience
• Experience in quantitative research and analysis, and can translate business questions into real data and then extracting insights from the data
• Experience in project management, executing a large scale process or project with multiple stakeholders and contributors
• Curious, with a strategic, business mindset and a track record of success in quantitative fields
• Ability to drive change and impact in a complex org environment, and comfortable with certain levels of pressure
• Enjoy solving problems and answering business questions using real data, with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture
• Advantage - Highly proficient in SQL and Tableau
• Experience in qualitative analysis is a big plus, user research and feedback

We are the Growth & Strategy team in the Management Business Analysis Group. We work closely with the CEO and Senior Management to provide insights, support and recommendations for strategic decision making for Wix. This includes initiating and researching new growth, new directions and product optimizations, monitoring and improving Wix’s business performance, and managing end to end projects that influence decisions making across the organization. Ultimately, we have an impact on Wix’s decision-making at the highest levels, and see & impact the big picture while expanding your abilities and experience. We also love working together as a team, learning from each other to become the best we can be, and having fun while we do it.
