ISCAR ltd is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Global Customer Service Representative to join our diverse team. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining our global reputation for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Interact with our international branches and customers, coordinating with departments within the organization to ensure top-tier customer service.
Manage orders, track shipments, handle complaints, and represent customer needs within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with information systems and familiarity with logistical-commercial processes.
- Experience in import/export industry is a plus.
- Fluent English is a must. Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage, especially Japanese.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Service-oriented with high personal reliability.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
