As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge electronic products from concept to production.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the development of PCB designs from requirements gathering to production
- Defining requirements, creating architectures, and selecting technologies
- Leading a matrixed development team
- Conducting design reviews and professional surveys
- Ensuring product performance, quality, and development timelines
What We're Looking For:
- Electronics Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in hardware development and high-speed board design
- Strong understanding of embedded CPU/FPGA boards, high-speed communication protocols, and high-speed transceivers
- Knowledge of FPGA development and VHDL is a plus
- Experience in developing ruggedized hardware for military systems is a plus
