Hardware Design Engineer

As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge electronic products from concept to production.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the development of PCB designs from requirements gathering to production
• Defining requirements, creating architectures, and selecting technologies
• Leading a matrixed development team
• Conducting design reviews and professional surveys
• Ensuring product performance, quality, and development timelines

What We're Looking For:

• Electronics Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in hardware development and high-speed board design
• Strong understanding of embedded CPU/FPGA boards, high-speed communication protocols, and high-speed transceivers
• Knowledge of FPGA development and VHDL is a plus
• Experience in developing ruggedized hardware for military systems is a plus
