Lead Senior Technical Recruiter (Business Unit Manager)

Role Description:

Unit Group has historically served over 50% of its client base in Israel by providing exclusively remote talent from outside the region. Now, we are seeking an exceptional, business-savvy technical recruiter who will focus on servicing our current and new clients who are exclusively hiring local Israeli talent. This hands-on role involves growing and leading this new business unit.

Must Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a leading tech recruitment agency in Israel.
• Strong track record of servicing Israeli early stage and mid-sized growing tech startups.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Business development and sales-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to engage new and existing clients.
• Strong networking in the Israeli recruitment tech market and understanding of the specific needs of startups.
• Proficient in using recruitment software, candidate sourcing and management systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or management experience within a recruitment setting.
• Experience in building and leading a team.
• Familiarity with global tech recruitment trends and practices.
