We are looking for a Controller to join our Finance team

You will be a great fit for this position if you are smart and bold but humble.

What you’ll do:

• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement closing process in accordance with IFRS, for a public traded company (TASE). including preparing required financial statements and tax filings and ongoing interactions with external accountants for our subsidiaries.
• Participate in preparations of consolidated financial statements of a public traded company (TASE).
• Maintain internal processes, procedures, and controls to ensure the integrity of financial assets and the accuracy of financial reporting, comply with the company’s policies and procedures, and meet statutory, quality, and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives.
• Support all aspects of accounting management (review of journal entries, invoices, payments, monthly closing, billing, reports to authorities, etc.).
• Support the review and updates of Internal Controls and ensure compliance on an ongoing basis.
• Review subsidiaries' reporting packages and help the DOF act as the corporate focal point for our abroad sites.
• Ongoing financial planning and management of the company’s budgeting processes.
• Work closely with external bookkeepers of our subsidiaries (foreign).
• Work with the company's external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits and ongoing issues as needed
• Support Ad-hoc financial projects.

You’re a great candidate if you are:

• CPA with Big 4 experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a controller or assistant controller in a global high-tech organization in the growth stage
• Ability to work independently, proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global company, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent Excel and Office skills.
• Strong hands-on approach.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
