A company that connects advertisers and publishers across all major digital channels, revolutionizing the way brands connect with their audience and optimize their sales funnel through engaging ad placements is looking for a Compliance Officer to assist in protecting the company by ensuring it stays compliant.
Leveraging its in-house ad exchange, the company's partners achieve exceptional results at scale, consistently outperforming industry benchmarks for quality and performance.
This person will oversee the supervision of our Agency's producers to ensure adherence to the rules and regulations set by the regulators as well as the company.
Key areas of responsibility
- Review and approve advertising accounts in accordance with policies
- Communicate with campaign managers to ensure resolution of all deficiencies
- Advertising placement reviews
- Content approvals
- Social media surveillance
- Privacy Walkthroughs
- Internal audits
- Special Projects and other duties as Necessary Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Solid leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous compliance experience
