CFO

CFO wanted for a leading global media group located in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv!

This role involves a significant focus on financial planning, risk management, and ensuring the company's financial health. The CFO will work closely with senior executives to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy
• Lead long-term financial planning and budget processes
• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and auditing
• Serve as an active board member and act as an integral part of the group senior management to establish the group’s long-range plans and strategy
• Navigate negotiations with customers, suppliers, and banks
• Manage relationships with the company’s shareholders through quarterly board meetings, monthly reports, and daily briefings
• Manage a finance team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO working in a global environment, preferably with exposure to US sites and financial practices.
• Proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and risk management.
• High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• A degree in relevant field and CPA certificate
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a financial team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
