We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Designer to join our team. As a Marketing Designer, you will collaborate with the design and marketing team to create engaging graphics and visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message. You will be responsible for creating visuals that will be used across all Frontegg marketing channels, including social media, landing pages, and cross-platform marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Support brand development and ensure consistent branding across all materials.
• Design and create engaging assets for various marketing initiatives, such as sponsored ads, branded content, social media assets, emails, webpages, diverse online campaigns, internal requirements, and more.
• Create web pages in various formats - delivering the technical and textual messages in the best manner, according to the target audience and purpose
• Create presentation decks in various formats. The slide set should deliver the technical and textual message in the best manner, depending on the target audience and purpose.
• Translate marketing objectives into high-quality designs that effectively communicate our brand identity and value proposition.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects.
  
  

• A creative thinker with a passion for brand design and a desire to contribute and make an impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent design-related field or commensurate industry experience.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including brand development, design systems, and strategic initiatives.
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and accountable in meeting tight deadlines and rework, work on several projects simultaneously, and track project status.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Proven proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
