As Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM. You’ll be the trusted advisor for all things Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day administration and optimization of our Salesforce instance - Serve as the system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 40+ users.

Work on a complex, wide-scoped Salesforce system covering Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Finance processes.

Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, validation rules, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.

Lead projects end-to-end: full definition and design, implementation, development, training & communication to stakeholders.

Automate processes using the Salesforce flow automation tool.

Provide training sessions and user support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce across the organization, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides, and generate reports on application performance and usage metrics.

Collaborate with CYREBRO teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

Plan for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects.

Oversee data integrity and security within Salesforce, implementing best practices for data governance, access controls, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator.

Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Solid experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Excellent knowledge of Salesforce customizations: Flows, Validation Rules and Reports & Dashboards.

Experience with Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and other Salesforce security.

Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude - Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience in conducting user training sessions and providing technical support to end-users.

Team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented skills.

Excellent time management and can easily work in a multi-tasking arena with a strong “can do” and proactive approach.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hebrew).
