VMWARE System Specialist

VMWARE System Specialist with a valid civilian security classification for a full-time position in Zerifin.

The role consists of:

• Performing tasks in the system field, including installing and upgrading operating systems, improving server performance, troubleshooting, writing scripts, and more.

• Characterization, establishment, configuration, services and infrastructure in a Virtual environment

• Setting up and supporting many ESXi servers, and virtual servers (Windows Server)

• Planning, characterization, installation, upgrading and ongoing support of Microsoft products, VMware and other systems as required.

• Regular monitoring of the system's integrity through the ShoB system and responding to malfunctions.

Full-time work in Zrifin (Rishon-Lezion) and requires a valid civilian security classification

Requirements:

1. Knowledge and experience in construction, maintenance and upgrading for at least 4 years in:

• Windows 2016/2019/2022 based infrastructures are mandatory

• VMware vRealize based virtual infrastructures are mandatory.

• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft products: Active Directory, GPO, IIS, Exchange, Sccm

2. Knowledge and experience in writing and understanding scripts in PowerShell is mandatory

3. Knowledge and experience in Hardware: HP cases, DELL servers, Cisco UCS & Cisco FI -will be a significant advantage!
