Integration Team Lead

Job Description:

• Professional and personal management of a development team comprising approximately 12 individuals.
• Responsibility for maintenance and development of services in the organizational Middleware system, Open API platform, and Java-based service layer.
• Leading the development of broad tasks using Agile methodology, including writing technical specifications.
• Responsibility for interface development within and outside the organization, including with business partners.
• Management of technological projects within the team's scope of responsibility.
• Ensuring team deliverables while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Managing a challenging work plan and prioritizing tasks.
• Evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge systems and technologies according to organizational needs.
• Professional collaboration with various stakeholders within the organization.
• Recruitment, development, and training of team members.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in development team management – mandatory.
• Previous experience in integration team management – significant advantage.
• Two years of experience in JAVA development – significant advantage
• Experience in Open API environments – significant advantage.
• Two years of experience in development on a leading Middleware platform – advantage.
• Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle databases.
• Experience in microservices architecture / SOA / ESB – significant advantage.
• Knowledge in one of the following technologies: Linux, Jenkins, ETL, KAFKA, MQ, Splunk – advantage.
• Systemic vision and ability to plan solution architectures.
• Initiative, innovation, and ability to implement tasks.
• Independence, high commitment, ability to cope with changing situations and multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure, interpersonal skills for motivating employees, and managing complex interfaces.
• Availability 24/7 for support during production versions and malfunctions.
