Control and Monitoring Team Leader

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge and experience: At least 3 years in control and monitoring of infrastructures, applications, user experience, and implementation of control and monitoring solutions.
• System expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in the implementation and maintenance of monitoring systems such as SCOM, NETCOOL, Grafana, CACTI.
• Scripting skills: Experience in writing scripts using PowerShell, Python, PERL.
• IT technologies: Familiarity with information systems technologies in the context of control and monitoring, including Linux/Windows operating systems.
• Leadership experience: Proven experience in leading a control and monitoring team, with excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Advantages:

• Education and certifications: Bachelor's degree, ITIL certification, or relevant certifications in the field.
• Monitoring protocols: In-depth knowledge of monitoring protocols and integration between different monitoring systems.
• Project management: Knowledge and experience in project management within the field of control and monitoring, including workflow processes.
• Automation: Knowledge and experience with RPA processes or other automation systems, including specification and implementation.
