Role Overview:

As an MLOps Engineer at Shifters AI Robotics, you will build and maintain the infrastructure needed to deploy and manage machine learning models efficiently in real-world robotic applications. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our AI systems operate seamlessly and reliably, even under diverse and challenging conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Solutions: Create scalable MLOps solutions to support AI systems within robotic platforms, enhancing their performance and reliability.
• Monitor and Analyze: Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure Robustness: Ensure that ML systems are robust and reliable under various conditions, contributing to the overall effectiveness and safety of our robotic solutions.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in MLOps or DevOps, with a proven track record in managing live ML systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD technologies, and container orchestration tools.
• Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, fostering a cooperative and innovative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Experience with AI-driven robotic systems, showcasing the ability to apply MLOps principles in a practical, real-world context.
