PowerBI Analyst - Temporary position

Personetics is an enterprise-software growth-phase Fintech start-up. We develop AI-powered solutions helping banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering and establishing a whole new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement.

We are growing and looking for a talented PowerBI Analyst to join our team on a temporary base (6 months).

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities combined with a proactive & creative approach to problem solving. the ideal Candidate should also be able to perform requirements gathering and documentation.

About the position:

This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of internal clients to develop reports and dashboards in Power BI, integrating deep business understanding to address various business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform PowerBI reports creation, updates, bug fixes and regular data refresh
• Support Data Entry activities for PowerBI data sources
• Support Data Automation efforts
• Support Data Analysis out of information available in the company
• Support the Account and Project Managers with client specific data & analysis
• Perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, insight validation and issue impact analysis
• Respond to Business and Functional requirement requests
• Document business requirements and track changes
• Suggest and Pilot new approaches for resolving issues, business and data needs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of working with PowerBI / DAX capabilities, developing and maintaining dashboards
• 3+ years working with SQL queries
• 1+ year working with ETL processes
• Statistics/data modeling/analytical background
• Experience writing detailed specifications
• Team oriented and yet able to work independently
• Computer Science graduation completed or near to complete
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Fluent English is mandatory.
