Bookkeeper Kfar Netter, Israel

The role of Bookkeeper, Israel Finance, is responsible for monitoring accounts payable, tracking expenses, handling receipts, and looking after all month-end journal entries and assisting the Finance Manager with monthly, quarterly and annual financial activities. This role will also involve handling telephone and email queries from Partners and Customers. Working in this small collaborative office environment, it is a wide ranging role, requiring strong customer skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring accounts payable/receivable across our Israel finance function
• Production of receipts/invoices/credit notes to customers/aging report/reconciliation of customers in SAP, dealing with reports from credit companies/Tranzila related to customers
• Interface with Logistics, Service Centre, Marketing and other functions
• Tracking expenses and handling receipts
• Undertake bank and credit card reconciliations and compile appropriate financial reports.
• Conduct all month-end journal entries
• Assist the Finance Manager with any other monthly, quarterly and annual financial activities
• Handle telephone and email queries from Partners on commission payments or other financial related queries

Qualifications & Experience

• Finance qualification with 3-5years Bookkeeping experience.
• Very experienced in use of Excel (tables and advanced formulas)
• Previous experienced in use of SAP BO (preferred).
• Accountable and comfortable dealing with financial data and strong ability to produce clear financial reports.
• Experienced in speaking to stakeholders / customers to provide advice and information
• Critical attention to detail
• Ability to multi- task and prioritise
• Experience of working in an international company (preferred)
