Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Event Planner at Pushers Group located in Herzliya, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning and organizing events, including coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring a smooth execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of event planning software and tools
• Experience working with vendors and managing contracts
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
