In this role, you will…

The candidate’s main duties & responsibilities are to support Align Israel Marketing:

• Coordinate local event calendar preparations and roll out, manage event timelines with marketing manager
• monitor events budget closely together marketing Manager
• Liaise with internal teams and partners in relation to clinical / marketing events, following up on registrations, certification kit materials and post-event activities (i.e. reports)
• Assist marketing manager with planning and execution of large and smaller scale local congresses including congress logistics, accommodation, and marketing materials
• Assist marketing manager with speakers and KOL’s management (contracts, invoices, meeting preparations)
• Invoice tracking, opening new vendors and etc’
  
  

• Bachelor in Third year or Master in graduate year, prefer Business or Marketing related majors, or prefer MBA program studentStrong implementation, excellence in execution and attention to details
• Attention to details and basic data analysis skill
• No prior experience is required
• Hebrew speaker, fluent in English
• 3 times a week (total of 20 hours)
