Junior IT Compliance Analyst - Maternity Leave Replacement

Description

SodaStream International is looking for a Junior IT Compliance Analyst to join our IT Compliance team as a replacement for maternity leave. This role will provide a great platform to develop practical IT auditing knowledge and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in documenting standards, processes, and procedures for security incident response.
• Analyze data from a variety of SodaStream systems.
• Develop reports that will help the Compliance Team and other stakeholders easily control and monitor systems data.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate and respond to audit requests.
• Assist in pre-audit planning for quarterly audits.
• Assist with creating automations in order to improve the IT compliance processes.
• Work closely with IT Partners, Applications owners, and other Stakeholders.
  
  

• BA/B.Sc. in Information Systems / Economics / Business Management or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-developed IT skills including Email, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels.
• Team player.
• High-level English - writing, reading, and speaking.
