Talent Retention and Development Manager

Description

Fiverr is looking for a Talent Manager to join our team. As a Talent Manager, you play a key role in overseeing Fiverr Pro's most valuable asset- its sellers, and strengthening their position as growth enablers for Fiverr. Your responsibilities will include talent management through active and reactive retention efforts, promoting matching through high-touch channels, tracking talent activity across business units, and analyzing freelancer behavior to optimize management processes. Additionally, you will be involved in professional vetting, reporting on seller performance, and providing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform new business initiatives.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Define professional evaluation thresholds for being a Pro seller in the Business & Writing and Translation verticals.
• Develop growth strategies and action plans based on a thorough understanding of the business vertical and its sellers.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to inform new seller initiatives across the business.
• Analyzing and drawing conclusions from sellers’ behavior and feedback to continuously optimize their management process.
• Conducting roundtables and interviews with strategic Pro sellers to track and assess freelancer management sentiment.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities/gaps against KPIs, make adjustments, and report them within the team and across the company
• Live and breathe your domain - stay up to date on vertical competitors and trends in your industry.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in data-driven customer-facing roles in a tech environment
• Experience with consulting - advantage
• Extremely data driven - being able to gain insights and action items from large amounts of data to inform strategic choices
• Proven track records of cross-functional management, and ability to influence others, with data-driven arguments
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Hebrew)
• Team player - while this is an individual contributor role, there’s a lot of teamwork and your success will depend on your ability to work with other teams.
• Nice to have: Previous experience with SQL
