Job Description:

you will be responsible for:

• Leading the development process from planning to implementation
• Ensuring compatibility with the Salesforce platform and building a suitable solution architecture
• Writing specifications that utilize the platform optimally while minimizing the need for custom development
• Supervising platform development, conducting implementation testing, and ensuring optimal realization of solutions
• Using built-in mechanisms and cross-system applications to achieve the best results
• Supervising suppliers and providing consulting on platform-related issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing systems and writing characterization documents
• Building ERD diagrams and working with relational data models
• Understanding business processes and data structure architecture
• Implementing business requirements on the Salesforce platform
• Ensuring that developments meet the manufacturer's support requirements

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Implementer
• Proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including:
• Lighting, Dashboards & Reports, Formulas, Validation Rules, Flows, Pages, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Community
• Experience in analyzing systems, writing characterization documents, and working with relational data models
• Broad view and in-depth understanding of data structure architecture and business processes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
