flō is looking for a Lead System Engineer to join our team.

flō is a tech startup based in Israel, developing a new digital printing technology for coatings of optical lenses. We`re looking for a highly motivated & experienced system engineer to join us in our journey to lead the Eyewear Manufacturing Industry.

This role will report to flō Program manager

What you will do:

System architecture and design of multidisciplinary complex system, including inkjet, coating, motion, inspection and more

Lead multidisciplinary team through product development steps from definition and investigation and till release

Lead and develop the system engineering discipline

Plan and execute Integration and evaluation phases

Investigate and troubleshoot technological building blocks and system performance

What you have:

Education: B.Sc. in Engineering

At least 5 years' experience as system engineer of multidisciplinary system; combining print, electro-optics, electro-mechanics or motion control

Can-do attitude and practical approach for solving problems, based on strong engineering skills and deep understanding

High motivation, energy and strong interpersonal skills
