Resource Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the resource development strategy.

Daily Activities:

• Develop and implement the resource development strategy.
• Fundraising from philanthropy sources domestically and internationally.
• Identify opportunities and lead processes.
• Develop new channels for resource development.
• Maintain and manage donor relations.
• Manage the resource development team.
• Accompany donor visits.
• Monitor and report on donations.
• Work directly with the organization's CEO.
• Work with multiple interfaces.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in resource development and philanthropy (domestic and international) - Mandatory!
• Managerial experience - Mandatory!
• Strategic thinking alongside attention to detail.
• Flexibility in thinking, creativity, initiative, ability to work independently, focus, and thoroughness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Orientation towards meeting deadlines and targets.
• Ability to work with multiple interfaces and tasks under pressure.
• High responsiveness.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
