Fp&a analyst

We are seeking a skilled FP&A analyst for our Budget & Economics Division.

The Responsibilities include constructing the salary budget for the entire company, analyzing data, generating reports, conducting monthly control and analysis.

The role involves gathering information, conducting analysis, drawing conclusions and insights, as well as ongoing monitoring and audits of salary components.

Additionally, you will embed strategies and models in the salary, benefits, and incentives domain, and contribute to the development of tools in this domain.

Collaboration with multiple functions within the organization is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial management / Economics/ Accounting - Must.

- 2+ years of experience as FP&A / Finance Analyst / Economist – Must

- Analytical thinking and economic and systemic understanding.

- Experience as a salary analyst in large organizations – Big advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Must.

- Experience in BI systems - Advantage.

- SAP system knowledge - Advantage.

- Technological orientation is a plus.

- Planning and organizational skills, service orientation, influence, and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Excellent English, both written and verbal
