Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing quality culture, adapting quality systems to changes, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The role includes developing work methodologies, maintaining standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO13485, and leading process improvements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement a quality culture according to company policies and customer needs.
• Adapt quality systems to changes in customer requirements, regulations, and market demands.
• Develop work methodologies and maintain standards: ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO13485.
• Implement process changes and improvements within the organization.
• Achieve and implement goals according to quality plans.
• Ensure product compliance with international standards based on quality plans.
• Train and certify employees to improve skills through coaching and training.
• Define quality requirements for suppliers/subcontractors and establish a mutual improvement system.
• Manage quality costs: prevention, failure, and assessment.
• Conduct management reviews and follow up on decisions to advance organizational goals.
• Address non-conformities and customer complaints with corrective and preventive actions.
• Strengthen internal failure detection mechanisms while tightening processes to achieve 100% yield.
• Manage safety according to the safety plan/safety trustees.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance management in a manufacturing company.
• Relevant educational background.
• Implementation of a quality system aligned with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO13485 procedures.
• Familiarity with Priority ERP systems – an advantage.
• Experience managing a team of employees.
• Experience in the defense industry – an advantage.
• Broad systemic vision and knowledge of production processes.
