Senior Account Manager

We offer a unique opportunity to become part of a highly professional team and gain precious experience in Wolt Israel. you will be responsible for managing and generating business opportunities at our Retail key account partners, and increasing the portfolio of products and solutions by market needs.

• Building annual and long-term business plans, managing key accounts ensuring overall client satisfaction, and increasing business revenue.
• Driving growth of Wolt and our key retail partners by improving their performance through data driven consultation
• Managing commercial and contractual negotiations of major clients accompanied with the strategic analyses that support the process.
• Managing ongoing communication and work with cross-functional teams (sales, customer services, marketing, data, delivery and finance)
• Take ownership for projects that help us evolve our retail business. Project goals may vary from driving efficiency over ensuring legal compliance to solving challenges with product data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

• At least 7-8 years of experience in sales/Customer success/business development managerial positions in the industrial sector
• previous experience in working with Retail customers- Advantage
• BA -a must, MBA- an advantage
• fluent in English and Hebrew
• Commercial mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• E-commerce or marketplace experience is of advantage.
