An innovative security company is looking for a Hardware Team Lead.

Description:

Managing a team of Board Design engineers - recruiting, training, and developing team members, assigning tasks, providing guidance, mentoring, conflict management, problem-solving, and performance evaluation.Leading the development of electronic boards for new products and test equipment until transfer to production.
Knowledge management and professional leadership - managing the hardware development process and defining methodology.
Leading the development of multidisciplinary
electronics in new product development projects.
Providing technical support on electronic board issues to various departments within the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or another relevant field.
5+ years of experience in board design and development.
3+ years of managerial experience.
In-depth knowledge of relevant hardware development tools and technologies.
Deep understanding of the processes of planning, developing, manufacturing, and testing hardware products.
Experience in managing complex projects, setting goals, budgets, and timelines – an advantage.
