Hardware Team Lead

An innovative security company is looking for a Hardware Team Lead.

Description:

• Managing a team of Board Design engineers - recruiting, training, and developing team members, assigning tasks, providing guidance, mentoring, conflict management, problem-solving, and performance evaluation.Leading the development of electronic boards for new products and test equipment until transfer to production.
• Knowledge management and professional leadership - managing the hardware development process and defining methodology.
• Leading the development of multidisciplinary
• electronics in new product development projects.
• Providing technical support on electronic board issues to various departments within the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or another relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in board design and development.
• 3+ years of managerial experience.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant hardware development tools and technologies.
• Deep understanding of the processes of planning, developing, manufacturing, and testing hardware products.
• Experience in managing complex projects, setting goals, budgets, and timelines – an advantage.
