Requirements

• Previous experience in a research-focused role, where you managed and conducted research projects.
• Extensive experience as a Data Scientist, with 4 years of experience leading Data Scientist teams.
• Strong proficiency in NLP, DL, and ML techniques.
• Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant data science tools and libraries.
• Experience with MLOps principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for staying current with the latest developments in data science and Machine Learning.
• Healthcare industry experience - an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing models, including LLMs and ML models.
• Model training and analysis of results.
• Building datasets and conducting text mining/exploration.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to derive insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure and processes.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
