- Lead with visionary insight, providing strategic direction on cybersecurity best practices and innovative technical strategies to a diverse organizational landscape.

- Initiate and manage strategic partnerships with academia and innovation centers to ensure Bayer remains at the forefront of cybersecurity advancements, directly supporting our global compliance and operational integrity.

- Lead proactive threat intelligence efforts, employing your expertise to mentor teams dedicated to enhancing Bayer's cybersecurity resilience.

Who You Are:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related discipline.

- A strategic leader with a proven track record in managing complex security architectures across a global organization.

- Someone with a deep understanding of security frameworks and standards, passionate about driving cybersecurity innovation.

- Preferably, you bring over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, SABSA, TOGAF, etc., are highly desirable) being a plus.
