Director Account Management

In this role you will lead, drive and guide a team of account managers to achieve company goals and KPI's.

Train and support the team to improve skills and knowledge.

Manage all of the company's customer accounts while providing a high level of service

Present presentations and QBRs.

Formulate strategies and action plans, manage negotiations with customers,

Act as an interface between teams and control work processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technological/computer science field (mandatory)

6+ years of experience in managing technological customer accounts

3+ years of experience in team management and ability to lead and inspire

High technical skills for collaboration with senior technological personnel 

Ability to build strong internal and external organizational relationships

Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English

Familiarity with the startup world

Ability to develop relationships with senior managers and technical teams.
