XwinSys Technology Development Ltd. company is dedicated to the design, manufacture and marketing of novel solutions based on improved X-ray technology combined with automated optical 3D & 2D microscopes, for the semiconductor and related industries. XwinSys was founded in 2012 and is now fully owned by Rigaku Corporation.

We are searching for skilled control system engineer responsible for the configuration, implementation, and testing of precise drive systems. The role involves continuous improvement of these systems to achieve maximum accuracy and defining requirements in collaboration with all R&D departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design controllers, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Lead new initiatives and enhance existing systems to maximize performance.
• Oversee all dynamic systems within the machine, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and motorized systems of all types.
• Work with clients to address all control-related issues.
• Continuously improve or replace existing systems.
• Collaborate with application, mechanics, software, and procurement departments.

Lead the validation and verification of the designed module​

Capable to understand a multi-disciplinary tool and the needed steps to be done to fully solve the problems / malfunction along the design phase.​

Supporting escalation at filed /site​ ​

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
2. Master's degree (advantageous).
3. Mandatory: Over 3 years of experience in precise drive control, with a strong emphasis on controller programming.
4. Advantage: Experience with large multi-disciplinary machines (both physically large and technologically complex).
5. Ability to define experiments and analyze results.
6. Independent, proactive, and innovative.
7. Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
8. Advantage: Familiarity with the microelectronics industry.
