Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically minded Junior Analyst / CSR to join our team as a Junior Customer Success and FinOps Analyst. This unique role combines elements of customer success management, pre-sales engineering, and technical consulting within the FinOps domain. You will be responsible for supporting our customers in optimizing their cloud costs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring their success with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with Anodot's FinOps solutions.
• Provide technical consulting and support to customers, helping them optimize their cloud costs and achieve their financial goals.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver actionable insights to customers.
• Participate in customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support activities.
• Assist in the development and delivery of customer presentations and proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud cost management best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large datasets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that drive value.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and cost optimization strategies (nice to have).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the FinOps domain.
