Head of Marketing

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across our three investment funds (First, Growth, and HealthTech). The role addresses main target audiences of the fund - Entrepreneurs, LPs and ecosystem partners. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Head of value-add team and a General Partner. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven brand building expertise. The Candidate will be leading and managing execution of end-to-end marketing activities including: content, social, events, PR, demand generation,etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that aligns with Pitango's investment goals and portfolio needs across our three funds
• Execute and oversee all aspects of marketing including: digital marketing, content creation, social media, public relations, events and brand management
• Manage and hire vendors and contractors to support marketing efforts
• Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns and collateral to raise awareness, generate interest and drive demand with our target audiences
• Measure and analyze marketing performance using data-driven insights, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI
• Leverage and adopt cutting-edge marketing tools, including AI-powered technologies to drive lead generation, engagement and conversion
• Being part of the value-add team, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of wide marketing experience with a proven track record in driving results. Experience in venture capital, start-ups, or related industries is a plus
• Demonstrated hands on experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms
• Proven track record of building a complete brand strategy with innovative breakthrough concepts
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and performance marketing
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts
• Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
