What will you do:

The Revenue Operations Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering our next phase of growth. You will manage a portfolio of strategic projects to improve the efficiency of the GTM team, specifically Sales, Channel, and Customer Success. You will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations Strategic Projects and work closely with the Revenue Operations leaders, GTM leaders, IT, Finance, Product Management, R&D, and other stakeholders.

• Project manage a portfolio of GTM IT projects from the inception of the project to the successful rollout of the completed project.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the status of each portfolio project with insight into status, timeline, roadblocks, challenges, etc.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM leaders to identify, prioritize, and scope IT projects.
• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and SMEs to establish clear and thorough business requirements.
• Partner with IT, PM, and R&D to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Liaison between Revenue Operations leadership and key stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects, on time, within budget, that meet or exceed expectations.
• Design and oversee the UAT process to ensure the end project meets stakeholder requirements and functions as expected.
• Design any required training, enablement, and communication materials to ensure the successful rollout of a completed project and handoff to the business owner.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in operational roles relating to Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Project Management roles.
• Broad functional understanding of Revenue Operations in a high-growth business-to-business technology environment.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification and previous experience with Monday.com is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders within the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
• A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization.
