Application and digital projects - junior position

A large international retail company needs an application and digital operation manager

Job description:

The position of operations manager of a shopping application and digital projects combines technological, commercial, marketing and managerial skills.

● Promotion of the application among customers in Israel, online and in stores

● Ensuring the best user experience in the application

● Defining and implementing the vision and strategies of the applications to acquire and retain users online and in stores

● Manage and monitor application performance to maximize user experience

● Collaboration with the application development teams to promote and implement decisions

● Creation and monitoring of marketing campaigns in the application according to local communication and marketing needs

● Defining and implementing a strategy for data-based personal push notification campaigns (app notifications)

● Leading strategic, technological, digital projects. while coordinating and moving between the organization's departments in Israel and abroad

Job requirements:

● Ability to understand, learn and operate new systems

● Technological understanding and experience in operating/building an application (between 1-3) is a must!

● Knowledge of GTM and HTML and CSS - an advantage

● Commercial and marketing understanding of the digital world

● Knowledge and familiarity with Internet laws, responsiveness and design for App & Web - an advantage

● Accuracy and attention to detail and data analysis

● Ability to deal with challenges and find solutions

● High level English
